Letter from the Editors

In this issue, an array of voices explore how our bodies have been identified and politicized, how they change, what they provide, and the ways they might excite, frustrate, flood, exhaust, or spill. We hope that the writing and art in this issue will provide space to consider our complex relationships with our bodies as well as deepen our understanding of how to best hold and care for them.

I am thankful to be part of Held’s ever expanding community as diverse body-mind experiences meld and collide together. Thank you to all the contributors for their continuous work and support.
